Refund policy

We hope Mirror earns its place in your home. If it doesn't, for whatever reason, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it for a full refund.

How It Works

Eligibility. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to return it, and send it back within 14 days of letting us know. Please return the product complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may handle it as you would in a shop; if it has been used beyond what is needed to see how it works, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.

Requesting a return. Email us at info@mirrorfocus.com to request your return. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Although it is not needed for the refund, we would love to hear your feedback so we can improve.

Return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Important. Please always include your order number inside the shipment, so we can process your refund quickly.

Return address. Once your return is approved, you will receive the address to send your package to.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will refund the price of your product, together with the original standard shipping costs, to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Please note that banks and card providers may take some extra time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@mirrorfocus.com.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right immediately: you will receive a free replacement, or a refund if you prefer, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Your rights under the legal guarantee continue to apply in full.

Exceptions

Custom products, such as special orders and personalised items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
